    Competition Period

    The competition commences on the 1st of January 2024 and ends on the 31st of January 2024.
    Any entry received prior or after these dates will not be considered.

    Who can enter the competition

    The entrant must live in Australia and is an individual.
    The entrant must be aged 18 years or over
    If the entrant is aged under 18, it must be entered by a parent or guardian

    Ineligible entrants

    The entrant must not be a director, manager, employee of the promoter, retailers, suppliers, associated entities and agencies associated with this competition or an immediate family member of those persons. Only individuals can participate, not companies or trusts.

    How to enter the competition

    To participate, the entrant must have a published Google OR Facebook review for these clinics associated with Hammond Podiatry (WA) Pty Ltd: Atwell Podiatry, Piara Waters Podiatry and Beeliar Podiatry.
    A review from one individual published for Google OR Facebook is counted as ONE entry.
    A review from one individual published for both Google AND Facebook are counted as TWO entries. The entrant must have been a client of the clinics stated above.
    ‘Published’ means that the review is available to be viewed on the page by a member of the public.
    You must also comply with Google or Facebook’s terms of use.
    Google and Facebook are not liable for claims related to, or arising from the competition and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or affiliated with Hammond Podiatry (WA) Pty Ltd.

    The prize

    The winner will receive a Visa Gift Card valued at $100 AUD.
    The prize is limited to one Visa Gift Card valued at $100 from all entrants from the clinics of Hammond Podiatry (WA) Pty Ltd: Atwell Podiatry, Piara Waters Podiatry and Beeliar Podiatry.
    Limit of two entries per person.
    The winner will pick up the prize at a designated clinic. No delivery is included.
    The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services, and cannot be taken as cash or be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer.
    Hammond Podiatry (WA) Pty Ltd is not liable for any defects or errors for the prize. This responsibility lies with the supplier of the prize (Visa).
    Hammond Podiatry (WA) Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

    The prize draw

    The winner is selected randomly and is final.
    The prize will be drawn on the 1st of February 2024 and the winner will be notified by phone. If the winner has not responded or claimed the prize after a period of 14 days, the draw will be conducted again.
    Eligible entrants consent to the promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this competition(including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the promoter.
